Digital Agencies

Web agencies and e-content providers play an important role in the deployment of digital solutions for Pharma commercial teams and other healthcare professionals. Their role is particularly important when it comes to implementation of e-detailing projects, where multimedia content is integrated into customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Nexxus™ Mobile Intelligence.

To support delivery of solutions that integrate content into CRM software, IMS Health has built an Agency Partnership Program dedicated to digital media companies and advertising agencies that serve the life sciences industry.

Among all our partners, Certified Agencies have demonstrated their expertise by successfully completing the IMS Health certification process, which includes development of a fully functional presentation. By choosing one of these partners, life sciences companies can achieve faster, more effective implementation of e-detailing and related projects.

By joining this program, agencies benefit from:

  • Access to a Nexxus™ Mobile Intelligence “sandbox” environment for developing and testing presentations
  • Dedicated training on how to build content for Nexxus™ Mobile Intelligence.
  • Documentation, technical support and troubleshooting
  • Online support tool to engage with IMS Health CRM experts

If you are a digital or advertising agency and would like to join our program, you can begin the process by filling out our partnership assessment form.
