Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor RelationsThomas Kinsley is vice president, Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations, responsible for overseeing IMS Health’s budget, forecast, capital plan and financial analysis activities. He also heads Investor Relations, including all initiatives related to communicating the company’s strategy, growth prospects and financial performance to investors and analysts.
In 2011, Tom joined IMS Health from The Nielsen Company, where since 2007 he was senior vice president, Global Financial Planning and Analysis and Corporate Reporting. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Genworth Financial, serving as senior vice president, Alternative Assets, and as chief financial officer, Investments. Tom held roles of increasing responsibility at GE from 1993 to 2004, including CFO, GE Asset Management, Insurance; senior vice president, Equity Management and Acquisitions, GE Commercial Finance; and CFO, GE Capital Fleet Services in Europe. Earlier in his career, he served in various planning, pricing and accounting positions at IBM, and was an audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Tom holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Bentley University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
