IMS HEOR delivers Symposium at the ISPOR 11th Annual International Conference
John R. Cook (Merck) and Dan Ollendorf (IMS HEOR) presented at the IMS symposium at the ISPOR Philadelphia meeting in May, 2006 on the importance and consequences of missing data and how to handle this when conducting economic evaluations.
The symposium was chaired by Lieven Annemans and covered topics relating to the importance of designing trails to minimize the risk of missing data, the type of bias potentially introduced with data is missing and based upon their considerable experience in the field offered solutions to account for missing data.
