A good district planning process facilitates the essential tasks of analysis, objective setting, resource allocation and action planning and provides a sound basis for ongoing monitoring and assessment of performance.
This three-day program focuses on how to create and execute an effective district business plan through a balance of business simulation, group discussion
of industry best practices, and interactive exercises. Each conceptual session corresponds to a step in the planning process. Sessions accelerate learning by combining practice and theory and show managers how to transfer their knowledge to others within their organization.
