Founded in 1990 and known until recently as Cambridge Pharma Consultancy, the Pricing & Reimbursement practice of IMS Consulting helps client companies achieve the financial benefits of optimal market access. It applies essential expertise - in policy, in supply chain integrity, in managed markets, in economics, in international pricing and reimbursement trends - to the most pressing issues of the day.
Cambridge Pharma Consultancy joined IMS Health, a company with a reputation for delivering effective solutions and meaningful information to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, in 2003. The value of the union was apparent to many, with the clients of both companies benefiting from expanded service opportunities, more robust data systems, and an even deeper pool of expertise.
The final step of this merger was to apply the IMS name to the Cambridge team. Effective June 1, 2006 this business became known as the Pricing & Reimbursement practice area within the overall Pricing and Market Access practice of IMS Consulting.
A new brochure reflecting the name change is now available; reinforcing many of the core capabilities of the business, continuing with the same expert consultants offering the same proven services and attention to detail, the same determination to help our clients excel, the same dedication to leveraging all that IMS has to offer on behalf of complex client issues.
